This is an entry-level opportunity for people who want to break into sales, develop valuable commercial skills and build a long-term career.

You'll receive structured training, dedicated coaching and the support needed to progress into a full sales position.

What You'll Be Doing

• Researching businesses and identifying potential decision-makers

• Generating new opportunities through outbound calls and email

• Prospecting through LinkedIn and other digital channels

• Building rapport and starting commercial conversations

• Introducing potential clients to our international exhibitions

• Qualifying prospects and identifying opportunities

• Booking meetings for the sales team

• Managing follow-up activity and prospect pipelines

• Maintaining accurate CRM records

• Working towards daily and weekly performance targets

• Collaborating with the wider commercial team

Who We're Looking For

No previous B2B sales experience is required.

You could be:

• A recent graduate

• Working in retail, hospitality or customer service

• A recruiter or appointment setter

• Looking to move into your first commercial role

• Someone with sales experience looking for a fresh opportunity
