This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided, designed for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organised, and is ready to build a long-term career in events and client management.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing the onboarding process for new exhibitors via phone and video meetings

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

• Coordinating contracts, documentation, and important deadlines

• Following up on invoices and payments

• Liaising with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and Operations

• Supporting clients during our live business events (occasional travel may be required)

About You

We're looking for someone with experience in a customer-focused or administrative role, such as:

• Administration or office support

• Customer service

• Reception

• Retail

• Hospitality

• Call centre or client support

• Other client-facing positions

You'll also have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

• A positive, team-focused approach

No previous account management or events experience is required, we'll provide full training and ongoing support.
