Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 base (DOE) + uncapped commission
OTE (Year 1): $80,000 – $100,000
Top Performers: $130,000+

As a Business Development Associate, you’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, connecting with decision-makers, building early relationships, and creating a strong pipeline for the sales team.
This role is designed for progression. High performers will quickly move into closing roles, with a clear path toward becoming an Event Sales Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing
Proactively sourcing and qualifying new business opportunities
Reaching out to decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Building relationships with potential exhibitors and sponsors
Understanding client needs and identifying relevant event solutions
Booking qualified meetings and handing over warm leads to the sales team
Keeping pipeline activity organised and up to date
Working closely with sales and marketing to drive growth

What You’ll Get
$55,000 – $65,000 base salary
