Now, we are building our newly established Canadian division in Downtown Toronto.

The Opportunity
We are hiring a driven and creative Marketing Executive to support the growth of our North American events portfolio.
This is a varied, fast-paced role combining campaign execution, content creation, partnership coordination, and performance tracking. While outreach to speakers and partners forms an important part of the position, this role is equally focused on delivering high-impact marketing campaigns that drive registrations, brand awareness, and audience growth.
You’ll play a key role in shaping how our events are positioned in the Canadian market, working closely with sales and event teams to support revenue and attendance targets as we scale our new Toronto office.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, LinkedIn, social, web, and print)
Creating engaging promotional content across digital platforms
Assisting with brand positioning and messaging for the North American market
Coordinating outreach to keynote speakers, partners, and collaborators
Building and maintaining relationships with industry contacts
Driving audience growth and increasing event registrations
Tracking campaign performance, analysing data, and reporting on results
Working closely with Sales and Events teams to align marketing with commercial objectives
Contributing to the growth and development of a newly launched Canadian office
What We Offer
$60,000 – $65,000 CAD base salary

Who We’re Looking For
1–3 years’ experience in a marketing role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident engaging with external partners and senior professionals
Creative, organised, and commercially aware
Able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A proactive team player who thrives in an office-based setting
Toronto-based or able to commute daily to our Downtown office
