Location: Downtown Toronto (Office-Based)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 CAD basic, plus uncapped commission
Realistic OTE Year 1: $80,000 – $90,000+, Top Performers $130k+
Progression: Fast-track to Director level for top performers

The Opportunity
We are hiring ambitious, hungry Business Development Executives to help drive growth across the North American market.
This role is focused heavily on lead generation and pipeline creation, working closely with the Sales team to fuel revenue growth. You’ll play a key role in building the foundations of our Canadian office by identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-value prospects.

What You’ll Be Doing
Identifying and researching North American exhibitors and sponsors
Proactively generating leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and strategic prospecting
Building targeted outreach campaigns to engage senior decision-makers
Qualifying opportunities and booking meetings for senior sales
Developing strong pipelines across multiple industry sectors
Supporting revenue growth in a newly launched office environment
Consistently hitting and exceeding activity and pipeline targets
Earnings & Progression
$50,000 – $60,000 CAD basic salary
Uncapped commission
Realistic Year 1 OTE: $80,000 – $90,000+
Fast-track progression to Senior BDM → Sales Director
