Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 basic, plus uncapped commission

Business Show Media runs large-scale international business exhibitions across the UK, US, Asia, and Australia. We are expanding rapidly across North America and are building a high-performance US-focused sales team in Bristol.
The Role
We’re recruiting a Sales Executive to focus exclusively on the US market, selling exhibition stands and sponsorship packages to American businesses.
Working US hours (12pm–9pm), you’ll engage with founders, CEOs, and senior decision-makers across the United States.
This role offers strong earning potential and, for consistent high performers, potential relocation opportunities to our North American office in the future.
What You’ll Be Doing
Prospecting and qualifying US-based businesses
Conducting outbound sales calls daily
Selling exhibition space and sponsorship solutions
Managing the full sales process from outreach to close
Achieving and exceeding revenue targets
Supporting international expansion efforts
Earnings & Progression
£27,000 – £30,000 basic
Uncapped commission
Realistic Year 1 OTE: £60,000
Year 2 OTE: £70,000+
