Join The Business Show Australia – part of one of the world’s largest business event series – as an entry-level Account Manager. Based in Sydney, this is a fantastic opportunity to break into the fast-moving world of events and client management, no industry experience required.

We’re looking for someone who’s organised, confident, and motivated to learn – the rest, we’ll teach you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing onboarding for new exhibitors via phone and video

• Building and maintaining client relationships

• Coordinating contracts, documentation, and meeting deadlines

• Following up on outstanding invoices and payments

• Collaborating with internal teams across sales, marketing, and operations

• Assisting on-site at major business events (occasional travel may be required)

You Might Be a Great Fit If You Have...

• Experience in admin, customer service, retail, or sales

• Strong communication skills – verbal and written

• Excellent attention to detail and time management

• A proactive mindset – you're organised and ready to take initiative

• A team-focused attitude and willingness to learn

• Comfort with admin and handling multiple tasks at once

No prior experience in events is necessary – we provide full training and ongoing support.
