As we grow our UK presence, we’re seeking a motivated, ambitious and creative Marketing Executive to join our in-house team at our central Bristol office.

The Opportunity

This role offers an exciting chance to contribute to the marketing of some of the UK's leading large scale business events. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to develop and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at increasing attendance, engagement, and brand visibility.

Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships with keynote speakers, sponsors, and industry partners, making this a dynamic position for someone with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns for B2B trade shows and platforms
  
  

• Produce engaging content for email marketing, websites, social media, and print materials
  
  

• Manage CRM systems and coordinate email marketing efforts
  
  

• Foster relationships with keynote speakers, sponsors, and partners
  
  

• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using data to optimise results
  
  

• Support wider marketing and event objectives, including driving registration growth and enhancing brand presence
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 1-2 years of marketing experience (agency or in-house)
  
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
  

• Confidence when liaising with senior professionals and external contacts
  
  

• Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  
  

• Familiarity with tools such as Mailchimp and Canva
  
  

• Ability to work on-site at our Bristol office
