Working Hours: 2:00pm – 11:00pm, Monday–Friday
Base Salary: £27,000 – £30,000
First-Year OTE: £55,000 – £65,000
Top Performers: £70,000 – £100,000+

What You’ll Be Doing
As an Event Sales Executive, your mission is to drive revenue growth by building relationships with U.S.-based companies and helping them connect with new opportunities through our exhibitions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Identifying high-potential U.S. companies and key decision-makers
Reaching out via phone, email, and social channels
Pitching and selling exhibition stands and sponsorship opportunities
Managing and growing your own book of business
Achieving KPIs that lead to fast-track promotion
Gaining deep experience in international event sales and delivery
Relocating to a U.S. office (based on performance and readiness)

What You’ll Get
£27,000 – £30,000 base salary
Uncapped commission
First-year OTE of £55,000 – £65,000
