With full training provided, you’ll gain hands-on experience in outbound sales, business development, and event partnerships — and have the opportunity to relocate to the United States after a successful period.

What You'll Be Doing

As an International Business Development Associate, you’ll focus on creating commercial opportunities for U.S. companies at our events.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Researching U.S. industries and identifying target companies

• Contacting business owners and decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn

• Qualifying leads and generating interest in exhibiting or sponsoring

• Booking meetings and supporting early-stage sales conversations

• Assisting senior sales with prospecting and lead generation

• Progressing into event management, commercial sales, or U.S.-based roles
