Marketing Executive – International Events (Miami Exhibition Focus)

Salary: £28,000 per year + commission and performance bonus
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday

We’re looking for a confident, creative, and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our international events team – with a strong focus on our upcoming flagship Miami Exhibition.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver marketing campaigns to meet registration and attendance targets

• Build and manage partnerships with industry associations and media outlets

• Identify and coordinate keynote speakers and contributors

• Create compelling marketing emails, newsletters, and promotional content

• Maintain and update event websites with current content and speaker information

• Design marketing assets using Canva

• Manage contact databases and reporting in Excel

• Contribute fresh ideas to expand audience reach and engagement

About You

• Previous experience in a marketing or communications role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Confident on the phone and capable of building strong relationships

• Attention to detail and a creative mindset

• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

• Willing to go the extra mile to deliver successful events
