Marketing Executive – International Events (Miami Exhibition Focus)
Location: Remote (Working US Hours)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £28,000 per year + commission and performance bonus
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday
We’re looking for a confident, creative, and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our international events team – with a strong focus on our upcoming flagship Miami Exhibition.
This is your chance to take ownership of marketing campaigns that drive attendance, raise brand awareness, and connect global audiences. If you have previous experience in marketing or communications and enjoy working in a fast-paced, international environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver marketing campaigns to meet registration and attendance targets
Build and manage partnerships with industry associations and media outlets
Identify and coordinate keynote speakers and contributors
Create compelling marketing emails, newsletters, and promotional content
Maintain and update event websites with current content and speaker information
Design marketing assets using Canva
Manage contact databases and reporting in Excel
Contribute fresh ideas to expand audience reach and engagement
About You
Previous experience in a marketing or communications role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Confident on the phone and capable of building strong relationships
Attention to detail and a creative mindset
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
Willing to go the extra mile to deliver successful events
