The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Bristol-based international sales team, focused on driving growth for our flagship Miami exhibition. As a Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and building strong relationships with U.S.-based businesses.

With working hours of 12pm–9pm, you’ll be fully aligned with U.S. time zones and markets. Full training and support are provided, along with a clear path to progress into senior business development or event management roles.

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities across the U.S. market

• Identify and reach out to key decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn

• Build, manage, and convert a pipeline of qualified leads

• Sell exhibition space, sponsorship packages, and digital marketing opportunities

• Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets

• Contribute to the ongoing success of a key international event

Who You Are:

• Highly motivated, proactive, and commercially minded

• Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior-level decision-makers

• Resilient, target-driven, and results-oriented

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outbound sales environment

• No previous sales experience required – full training provided

• Able to work 12pm – 9pm, Monday to Friday

What We Offer:

• Base salary of £26,000 – £29,000

• Uncapped commission – realistic Year 1 OTE of £50,000 – £60,000
