The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start or accelerate your career in business development with a fast-growing global events company. You’ll join our Bristol-based commercial team, focusing on prospecting, lead generation, and new business outreach for our flagship UK exhibition.

You’ll receive full training, support, and a clear progression path into an Event Manager role, where you’ll manage your own accounts and event delivery.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and engage key decision-makers via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels

• Research and generate new business leads across a wide range of industries

• Build and manage your own sales pipeline from first contact to close

• Sell exhibition space, sponsorship packages, and digital marketing opportunities

• Consistently meet and exceed personal revenue targets

• Work closely with our sales, marketing, and event teams to support client success

• Progress into an Event Manager role where you'll manage client portfolios and end-to-end event execution

• No previous B2B sales experience required – full training provided

What We Offer:

• Competitive base salary of £26,000 – £29,000

• Uncapped commission structure – realistic Year 1 OTE of £50,000 – £60,000
