What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the main point of contact for our exhibitors and clients, ensuring they have everything they need for a successful event experience. You’ll also work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to keep things moving smoothly.

Key responsibilities:

• Onboard new clients via video calls and email

• Manage daily communication with exhibitors (phone & email)

• Track deadlines, ensure timely submissions and payments

• Maintain and update exhibitor portal

• Provide on-site event support (for larger exhibitions)

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in account management, client services, or sales

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Highly organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting

• Proactive, confident, and customer-focused

• Experience in the events industry is a bonus – but not essential

What You’ll Get
Salary: SGD $3,000–$3,500/month
Performance Bonuses: Up to SGD $12,000/year
