Your Mission
You're not just here to sell — you're here to build.
As a Growth & Partnerships Executive, you’ll drive revenue by developing relationships with businesses that want to exhibit or sponsor at our international events. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll learn how to close high-value deals, understand industry trends, and become a key part of our growth story.
This role is the first step toward a high-impact career where you could eventually take ownership of an entire event portfolio—shaping content, curating exhibitors, and leading commercial strategy.
What You'll Be Doing
Identifying new business opportunities across a wide range of sectors
Generating leads through cold outreach, email, social selling, and networking
Selling exhibition stand space and bespoke sponsorship packages
Collaborating with senior team members on account and portfolio growth
Building strong client relationships and uncovering long-term partnership potential
Staying current with industry trends and translating them into commercial insights
What We’re Looking For
Highly motivated, career-driven, and eager to grow
A confident communicator with strong commercial instincts
Resilient and comfortable with outbound sales activity
A fast learner with a strong sense of initiative
Previous sales experience is a plus, but not essential
What You’ll Get
Competitive base salary: £25,000 – £30,000
Uncapped commission structure (OTE £50,000–£60,000 in your first year)
Rapid career progression to Senior Executive, Team Lead, or Event Manager roles
