Are you a recent graduate ready to launch your career in a fast-paced, exciting industry? The Business Show – one of the world’s largest business events – is looking for a driven and organised Account Manager to join our growing Sydney team.

This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity ideal for someone eager to develop client-facing skills, learn how large-scale events are delivered, and grow within a global business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Onboarding new clients via phone and video calls
  
  

• Managing exhibitor accounts and building lasting client relationships
  
  

• Coordinating contracts, forms, and deadlines
  
  

• Following up on invoices and outstanding payments
  
  

• Collaborating with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams
  
  

• Supporting on-site at major business events (some travel may be required)
  
  

About You

• A recent university graduate (any discipline)
  
  

• Confident communicator across phone, email, and video
  
  

• Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented
  
  

• Comfortable with admin tasks and time-sensitive deadlines
  
  

• Proactive and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
  
  

• A genuine team player who thrives in a busy setting
  
  

Bonus: Experience in admin, retail, hospitality, or customer service is helpful—but not essential.

Training & Progression

You’ll receive hands-on training, mentoring, and ongoing support as you build your confidence and skills. This role is a launchpad for progression into senior account management, sales, operations, or international roles within our global events network.
