Operations Coordinator / Account Manager (Open to Administration / Sales / Customer Service or similar backgrounds)
Location: Sydney, Australia
Salary: $60,000 + performance bonuses (OTE $75,000 - $80,000)
Start Date: Immediate
Visa Status: Must have full, permanent working rights in Australia
(Working Holiday and Student Visas are not eligible for this role)

The Role
We’re hiring an Operations Coordinator / Account Manager to join our fast-paced team in Sydney.
You could come from an admin, sales, or customer service background — what we really care about is that you’re extremely organised, ambitious, and confident managing lots of moving parts.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role. You’ll be managing paperwork, chasing payments, onboarding clients, and making sure deadlines are met in the lead-up to our major exhibitions. We need someone with a strong character, who isn’t afraid to follow up, take initiative, and keep things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding new exhibitors via phone and video calls
- Maintaining regular communication with clients via phone and email
- Chasing outstanding payments and ensuring invoices are paid on time
- Managing paperwork, document submissions, and tight deadlines
- Overseeing the exhibitor portal and ensuring all client assets are submitted correctly
- Liaising with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth project delivery
- Providing on-site support at live exhibitions (some travel may be required)
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in admin, sales support, account management, or customer service roles
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management
- Comfortable handling large volumes of paperwork and meeting deadlines
- Confident communicator on the phone and over email
- Able to follow up assertively and professionally with clients
- Ambitious and proactive – wants to grow within a fast-moving company
- Event or exhibition experience is great, but not essential
